• Analysis, examination of amendments and additions made by the subjects of transport infrastructure to the Plans of transport infrastructure (marine terminals) safety.
• Analysis, examination of amendments and additions made by the transport infrastructure entities to the Security Assessment Reports and Port Facility Security Plans. Based on the results, adjustment of the second copies of the Port Facility Security Assessment Reports and Port Facility Security Plans and their electronic copies.
• In accordance with the instructions of Rosmorrechflot, on the basis of a petition from transport infrastructure entities, conduct the destruction of second copies of Port Facility Security Assessments and Plans kept by the Service in accordance with established procedure, and adjust the list of port facilities with approved Assessments and Security Plans.
• Analysis and examination of design documentation for equipping/ retrofitting marine terminals (port facilities) with integrated security systems for compliance with the provisions of the approved Transport Security Plans (Security Plans).
• Analysis and examination of documents submitted by legal entities to identify them as authorized organizations in the field of protection of vessels sailing under the State Flag of the Russian Federation and port facilities and submit them for approval to Rosmorrechflot.
• Conducting a vulnerability assessment, with the execution of a vulnerability assessment report, and the development of plans to ensure the safety of transport infrastructure facilities (marine terminals) of maritime and inland waterway transport and submit them for approval to Rosmorrechflot.
• Production, in the interests of the subjects of transport infrastructure logs of the Port Facility Official responsible for security
• Development in the interests of the subjects of transport infrastructure design documentation for equipping (retrofitting) of transport infrastructure facilities with engineering and technical means of transport safety.
